As you practice each day you will find that you get better at the method of meditating you choose. In fact it will seem natural to your body when you become accustomed to it. Find a place on the floor to sit and be comfortable, cross those legs and sit up with your back straight.

Bipolar disorder, which is also known as manic depression, is a medical illness on a psychological level that causes varying and unpredictable shifts in mood swings, often referred to as highs and lows. Bipolar Disorder Symptoms are broken into several different categories that are based on the level of severity of a person’s bipolar episodes and symptoms: Bipolar I (severe), Bipolar II (less severe) and Cyclothymia (moderate).
Scientists often claim that there are different causes for the disorder itself, although this will always differ from case-to-case. These causing factors may be brought on by genetics, biological, environmental, or psychological causes, but due to some of the symptoms involved, if more severe, they disorder can often be diagnosed incorrectly as schizophrenia.
The effects and length of episodes can vary on the person, with each person being affected in different ways when it comes to their highs (mania) and that of their lows (depression).
